This ornate saddle, carved from whale bone and reinforced with steel banding and agate cabachons, is engraved with pictures of pack animals and affluent merchants.
The Purveyor’s Saddle has 1d6+4 charges.
While near the saddle you may speak a command word and expend 3 charges to summon a floating cart without wheels that is 6 feet long, and 4 feet wide that floats 3 feet off of the ground. The cart follows 10 feet behind the creature whom is wearing The Purveyor’s Saddle. The cart can hold 1,000 lbs of any materials, or creatures. The cart can move across uneven terrain, up or down stairs, slopes and the like, but it can’t cross an elevation change of 10 feet or more. This effect lasts for 8 hours.
While in the floating cart you may speak a command word and the creature’s name whom wears the Purveyor’s Saddle, and imbue the creature with 10 feet of movement and the spell effects of Expeditious Retreat for 1 hour. This expends 2 charges.
The saddle regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the saddle’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the saddle crumbles into ashes, all effects cease, and is destroyed.
